SpazioA, Pistoia is hosting until October 24 Guerre Pace, the fourth solo show by Luca Bertolo at the gallery. The exhibition, which brings together paintings, a collage, a print and a sculpture, revolves around the relationship between war and peace. Bertolo invited American visual artist Jeremiah Day to take part in the show, for which he conceived a new performance. The work of Day, who collaborates with the pioneer of postmodern dance Simone Forti, establishes a montage narrative form, where political and personal realities intertwine through different media, including photography, video and movement. Among the works on display by Bertolo are Il paesaggio di Sabrina (Marzabotto), Monumento, Untitled 1, 5#02, Untitled (fence), Untitled 15#03, Natura morta #02, Young terrorist, Stele dei migranti and Rimpianto, among the others.
