Was born in 1978 in Vila dum Santo, Portugal. Lives and works between New York and France. He is a conceptual artist working across various media.  His multi-sensorial practice investigates the various ways that works of art may be altered by natural elements or by the public for which it exists. He regularly collaborates with chefs, dancers, mimes, musicians, or pick-pockets. Solo exhibitions and performances have been presented at; Performa 09, New York; Centre Georges Pompidou, Paris; Garage Museum of Contemporary Art, Moscow; Palais de Tokyo, Paris; and MoMA PS1, New York.
