The exhibition comprises a new body of work made during the past year that reflect the continuing evolution of Moran’s approach to painting. Whereas in the past her work has drawn heavily on collage techniques, her new works employ a range of surfaces upon which paint is applied, including found paintings, glass and frames. After a period of time in which Moran’s work was largely desaturated of it, colour has entered back in to her work as a crucial component. Moran considers her work to have an important autobiographical factor.

The show is comprised of new series of sculptural and wall hanging works, in a variety of mediums, tied together by Anderson’s mediation and archiving of objects and images that carry the narratives of unfulfilled histories.
