The book features a series of pictorial and multi-material interventions on Japanese Tatami beds by Yves Scherer. Rather known for his research based on the appropriation of portraits of figures from the pop culture, the artist presents a more intimate, subtle production which combines low and high culture, with references to the history of art and mainstream media.
